I see it says that point scoring does not commence until the games at 7.45 on Saturday 29th May. Can anyone confirm that means that the Bohs v Rovers, and Fingal Galway games wont count this week because they are on at 1.0 and 4.00 respectively?

Agreed. There's a pretty unusual (and basic) scoring system which doesn't even reward players who play compared with players who don't.
