Both interfirm matches in Cals last night were off i heard prospect not leaving the pitch out for interfirm anymore after this week.

Perot lost 5-0 last night. Their game was supposed to be on in Cals. Don't know where it was actually played.

Thanks for that info serpico we'll have the camera ready along with a request from a inter firm official to attend GEs next match. Although we want the fat center half to be legit i'll have a feild day against him

That's the league to be decided so on the last night!!! I'll post table in morning, but from memory Analog and Aerospace on 12pts, GE on 11 and Speedline on 10. Analog playing Speedline, not sure of other games but GE need things to go they're way really.
Either way I can't see the Inter Firm committee splashing out on helicopters ala premiership to get the trophy to the correct field!

Hopefully all teams at least try fulfil final games. HSE withdrawn as they've given 3 walkovers already, An Post gave a walkover last week so it'd be a shame for them to give one this week too as they're playing either GE or Aerospace and both teams need a win like.

Here's the final standings going into next Mondays fixtures so folks.

Last games..... Analog V Speedline 7pm K.O., Stryker V GE 6.15 K.O., Aerospace V An Post 7.30 K.O., and O2 have walkover V HSE.

Aerospace and GE both on in Cals, but not 100% now as mentioned previously by posters that Cals not being played in......

The aristocrats of interfirm football hit the front on the last day of the season. Analog have won 3 of the last 4 seasons and only missed out last year as we pulled our A team over disputes at work. Played speedline tonight they had 2 sent off, One for a second yellow and the other for violent conduct kicked out at a player off the ball and proceded to throw his jersey at the ref and verbally abuse him. Bit of a shambles really.

Was told by a ge player that 02 had a load of prospect players.he said if you had an 086 no you could play with 02.is that true.?????

I've said it before and I'll say it again, I don't think theres even going to be 2 leagues next season. Walkovers bein given all over the place, teams can't get enough from their own companies due to various committments. You can't blame anyone currently working for not wanting to commit to this. You're not covered by work if you injure yourself, you can lose wages shift work etc.... and with things the way they are, you don't need any excuse to lose a job! Sorry state of affairs but that's life.... Maybe it'd be better to do an Inter Firm niteowls league???? What would teams think of that?

"Every single team illegal" absolute rubbish, Cook entered a team and had no guest players or contracters. Every single player thru out the interfirm were all Cook workers. UPC, Perot and as far as I can see UL all had fully legal teams. What they need to do is a world cup like tournment so that the weaker teams aren't forced to play 7 games only 3-4 and the stronger teams that still have the interest, play more games that end up in a final

We had what were allowed, 2, and purely because our winger was taken ill this morning. Teams are free to object to the committe rather than bitchin here??? In relation to the game both teams cancelled each other out, GE deserved their win, no hesitation in givin them their dues. Thegame was messy and crowded in the middle of the park, no width usedby either team. Good game though, til next year!!! We'll be back!
