Does anyone have or can they let me know where I can get a full set of good quality of Airtricity League team crests in jpg or png formats. They must have transparent backgrounds.

First off if it transparent backgrounds you want, png is the only one that supports it. So does gif but gif is poorer quality.
Google images is the way, and download a imaging software like Jasc Paint Shop Pro and use a magic wand to get the actual crest onto a transparent background.
