Bit late now I suppose but what's the best April Fools jokes people have heard?

I like the one on RedFM this morning. Cork Main Drainage Scheme must be re-done coz the pipes are corroding. It will take twice as long this time. Paid for by an increase business rates. People can help by pouring a chemical down the toilet. Chemical is not dangerous once handled wearing a big white suit thing.

Worst April Fools joke - the fúckers doing the road works in Loughlinstown forgetting to re-open the closed lane this morning causing 7 mile tailbacks....

Best April fools joke (type) ever was the Pat's to Tallaght one a few months back. It's wasn't an april fool's joke but it was great all the same.

Ryanair, Europe’s No.1 low fares airline, today (1 April) announced their decision to put kids first with a fantastic “kids fly free offer” available on www.ryanair.com

The two pioneering kids Owen Lee and Joe King who convinced Ryanair to do this amazing offer, said:

“Ryanair is No. 1 for low fares, No.1 for routes, No.1 for punctuality, No.1 for customer service and now is No.1 for Kids! As kids ourselves we understand that flying may be boring for parents, but with Ryanair’s exciting new initiative, we promise that flying like this will be fun. We urge all kids to book quickly on www.ryanair.com as we expect to be “blown away” by the demand for this offer and space on the nose of each aircraft is limited to a first come, first served basis”

*Offer available 1 April only – booking terms and conditions on www.ryanair.com

I heard that the spike in Dublin which is supposed to last at least 3 -4 hundred years was starting to rust and slant like the leaning tower of pisa after being up about a year. :D
