That's really weird... I meant to say 'worst'. If it was the first game of football I had ever seen, it would have put me off for life.

Should be a great turn out for the Bohs v Pats game, seeing there isn't any other football of interest on television. (Except Barcelona v Arsenal - I mean, who'd be interested in that!!?).

Well I for one would "interested" in seeing Barca v Arse, but I can`t wait to see Bohs V Pats and I am sure there will be 2,500 - 3,000 others there who put support over "interest".

Dundalk should have won this time around tooI assume you mean could have rather than should have? Dundalk were muck for the first 75 minutes then we got complacent and allowed ye back into it. Your defence were all over the place, Burns looks well past it and Breen wasn't great, we were just lacking up front and should never have thrown away a 2 goal lead. Ye could easily have won it in the last 15mins but it would have been undeserved.

If that was the worst game of football you've ever seen you can't have been watching football very long

You seem to have forgotten our numerous chances before you scored the first. Fenn had a decent one, Burns put one over the bar, Miller missed a cross when it looked easier to score and the one that Faz I think it was went through one on one with Brush but he got there first. Ye where limited to long range shots for alot of the game.

Until Sligo's first goal Dundalk were slightly on top, then it was all Sligo until the last 20mins where Dundalk dominated, scoring twice and hitting post and crossbar. Draw was definitely a fair result although Dundalk will definitely be happier with it after coming back from 2-0.
Sligo are no great shakes, we played poor enough and still drew with them. I'm looking forward to playing them in Oriel as it was very difficult to judge both teams in such poor conditions.
Yeah i thought Sligo were poor enough...a wonder strike from Mc Cabe and a goal from a corner stupidly given away by Breen seemed to have won it for you...but similar to last season,as soon as we got one back your whole team seemed to sh*t themselves. In the end we could have won it,but then again had Cherrie to thank for a great save right at the death.Great crowd for such a bad night.

Too right, plus we should have won with that breeze. Would have been a great win up there.

You could add another 100-150 in the Jodi too. Good Bohs crowd too considering its a Tuesday and clashed with Champions League

Decent crowd alright and Pats fans were very impressive in getting behind their team throughout. decent match and a draw probobly fair as neither team did enough to deserve the win. (alledged) ref McKeon meandered between the bizarre and the ridiculous as only he can but special comment for the muppet "asst ref" on the Connaught Street side who hardly got a call right all game - fortunately he was equally crap for both sides. thought both Pats early goal and Maddens were legit (both disallowed) but I had not got a great view/angle and could be wrong.
Pats looked the more settled side (it would be nice if Nutsey knew our best 11 and/or formation) and played some decent football but Bohs had more play and the better chances. Enjoyable game overall and as i said a draw probobly fair.

From behind the goal it looked like the ball went out at least 3/4 times and he didn't give a throw. Of course the highlight of the night was Kenna and Pender getting in each other's way with no Bohs player within 5 yards of them and somehow Pats were awarded the throw

Its good for the league that there are so many draws, nobody is breaking away.Hopefully it stays tight for most of the season.

Yea remember that, staggering decision. That lino always looks nervous but last night was the worst display I ever saw (and that is saying something). Fortunately the two teams produced a decent game despite the officials.

Great turnout considering it was clashing with Barca and Arsenal on the box. From what i've seen and read it was a great game also.
Yep, some gob****es called Zayed a shoebomber
Sorry for bringing this off-topic, but can any Pat's fans tell me why "Personal or offensive abuse of opposing club players or officials will not be tolerated at St Patrick’s Athletic and anyone involved in offensive taunts will be removed from the ground" is their main story on the webiste? Did something happen in a recent game?

Bore draws dont exatly help with the crowds though

In fairness it wasnt a great match. Decent Atmosphere, but a pretty poor match apart from the Pats goal and a spell we had in the second half after half time
On an unrelated note, does anybody know whether or not its Zayed's bird or sister that did that thing on Extra Time about the Bohs Rovers match

Wasn't that insult originally targeted at Mido in the EPL (think when he was at Boro) ? Jeez even our rascists are imitating english supporters
