Disappointing overall. Drogheda aren't too bad. They're very hard to beat and will take points of most teams at home. Tremendous free by McCabe. Worth going for that alone. We dropped the tempo when Conor came off. Also, Peers was a loss. Add in N'do and we will start winning these games. Kendricks a zombie also, by the way.

Played some very good football in the first half but gave away a lot of possession softly in the second half, Drogs will be hard to beat for a lot of teams, very dangerous on the break, good noisy crowd there from Sligo. Need to recover from this quickly as Dundalk did not have to play this evening and will b fresher than ourselves but its early in the season and a pro team should take this in their stride. Badly need Peers back and N'do to give us much more link from midfield, this was our problem tonight with a lot of passes going too far forward. A draw not a disaster.

Sounded like an exciting match from all reports. But one we all hoped we'd be winning if we're being honest.
Can I ask why wasn't Ndo in the squad?

Our defense is a disaster tbh , if we can sort that out we could put a decent run together . We should have gotten something from every game except ucd who gave us a hiding ! Kendrick is playing great stuff for the second time round !
