Limerick Div 1A. Abbey Rovers.

How do people think Abbey will get on next season? They've only lost one match in div 1A all season and need 4 points from 3 games so it's sure enough their going to premier. Are they a team to watch out for next season? Comments anyone?

its not too hard to survive at premier football if they win division 1a they deserve to be in the premier . if there attitude is right and say a squad of 16 trained 2 nights a week they would be capable of mid table. are there players coming through , if the structures are there and they are prepared from the start of the season they ll do okay. usual downfall s for small clubs are lack of dedication and players commitments to gaa dragging on into the season. hope they do well if they get up. also would like to see herbertstown in the premier in a couple of years good footballing side.

Unless they sign about 8 very good players abbey will struggle.
Regional are a far better team abbey have lost their only real player A. Barry
They might get some of the ' Boro exiles which would be a great asset
the difference between 1a and premier is Massive they will do well to survive
