Can Limerick extend their 8 game unbeaten run for this year? (no-one even thought of this )

Big interest in this one has seen half the stand already booked up so get in early boys and girls. :ball:

How do you know our spot is the ones taken up? we know the score with the stand this year but were told it would be sectioned off (in loose terms)

As long as we have our little corner im happy taking that away from us would be a joke.

Was only joking. I wouldn't have a clue what way the stand would be taken up. I don't go into it mysellf anyway. Would be silly if the club sectioned off a spot for corporates.

1-1 or with a bit of luck thrown in maybe a 2-1 win for us.

I'm sure they won't. Its pretty clear where the regulars go in the stand so to make them move would be a silly mistake.

You would want to probably leave Dublin around 4 at the latest and you should make it just in time. If you where in around Limerick at 7ish there should be no problem traffic wise, even on a friday.

yep our usual time of 7:45 but arrive early. media seem to be gone a bit queer about us of late. Shocking article in the Star last sat, followed by roddy mouthing off about us in the star sunday, and emmet molone in the times using our club and individaul persons problems as a stick to beat the FAI with.

Sad little men and one fat one :p

You need to leave by 3.30pm. 3pm would be more comfortable. I have missed a kickoff in Limerick on a couple of occasions leaving Dublin at 4pm.

Limerick itself isn't really the problem. Getting out of Dublin takes time and the Naas Road is always slow. You can also have a tailback into Mountrath. It is very hard to make
time after Portlaoise and there are long stretchs where overtaking is tough.

As for the football 1-0 to Limerick.

Is the train out of the question for you, Maribor? You could leave the IFSC at 4.20, get the 5pm train and still have time for a bag of chips before kick-off. Ground is right next to the station.

id hope for the 1000 but as we didnt win last week id expect that to drop to about 7/800. If we had won it would have been well over the 1000

Does the official attendance get announced at the games? if so at what stage of the game?

Just curious as to what the attendances are gonna be this season and how we can atually find out the official numbers, as it doesnt state it in the paper, aertel or website ....................

Naw, train isn't out of the question but would prefer to be back in Dublin the same night.

Gspain, yeah had anticipated getting out of Dublin as being the major issue. Been working in Portlaiose for the last fortnight which would have been sweet, but back in Dublin now. Supposed to be doing internet commentary so sorta want to be there as early as possible, but work dictates I can't get away before half three.

Sounds a lot more professional this year than in previous years and the complete running of the club this season sounds to be heading in the right direction off the filed, so all we need now are results on the field..................fingers crossed for a great season

They don't really segregate the fans unless they are expecting a big away crowd, so there is no real section for the away fans. Usually away fans either go over to the opposite side of the ground behind the dugouts or behind either one of the goals. If its a case of keeping the home and away fans apart they will keep one turnstile for yerselves.

or the train station if your willing to pay 4euro, not guaranteed to be any safer than parking around the park or any streets near the park though. I park around the ground myself and the car has never been broke into (just jinxed myself). Busier streets in town are always going to be safer though.
