kick off after being changed from 7:45 to 7:00

dont know the reasons why,just letting you know anyway

Rovers have been told by the Gardai that all their matches at Richmond Park have to be played on a Friday night and have to kick off at 7.

Its to do with saftey and I think all Rovers home games must kick off at 7pm now this season!

Its 3/4 of an hour less in the pubs for Rovers fans before the game. With it now kicking off at 7, if say they finish work at 5 or 6 then they only have time to go straight to the game!

It could also be due to the fact that visiting hour at The Joy is from 7.00pm to 8.00pm so it would stop a fair proportion of the "little 'uns" from attending - even they would rather see their brothers and fathers each week rather than Flynny, Georgie et all.

Expect small Rovers contingent at the game on Friday now as a result :) :D
