I see in todays paper that the WC trophy will be in Ireland for three days in early April. Free tickets are to be distributed to get your photo taken with the trophy and various members of the 1990 and 1994 Irish teams. No details on how to secure the tickets just yet.

Got a few shots with it in Bari for free!! Can't believe they're actually going to charge.

Think he said it was free....just issuing tickets to avoid too a stampede!!!

Credit where it's due - it's the FIFA way - they brought it so kindly to Ireland as the moral compensation.

Its rumoured that Jim Bowen from Bullseye will be in attendance also. "Here's what you could have won, Paddy!!!"

Ya remember talking to loads of lads in Bari who had done the same. Spend too much time drinking peroni over there so missed out myself.

Apparently the photoshoot with the ex players is taking place in merrion house on sunday april 4th. Not sure how to get the free tickets just yet.

i tried that already in 66 and it might have worked if it wasnt for Pickles the wonder dog.
