Carew Park always have a fair amount of lads in Jackman Park on Friday nights so it good to get a game with a decent group of lads.
Boro gave us a fair amount of games last year and hopefully some more later this year.
Pike have us in the MSC.
Playing Fairview would just be like a game with our A team (like our friendly with them last year was any help)
So all in all everyones happy.

carew park 0 limerick 3
what a diff 30secs makes with the score 0-0 on the hour mark carew hit the inside of the post from skinner mcormack ball bounced out limerick went up the field from it and won a pen fittness told in the last 10 15mins i cannot recall gordon making 1 save in that hour which is very strange with the quality of limerick i really hope there is alot more to come from limerick.
i though carew gave a very good account of themselves carew made about 6 or 7 changes in the second half limerick about 5 id say a good sporting game great workout for carew
best of luck to limerick this season lets all hope we can get back to the premier league

Lets hope all our poor performances end up as 3-0 wins.
Lads took their time adjusting to the pitch it seemed but the half time watering done the trick

adjusting to the pitch?? the pitch is like a carpet also agreeing with me was pat scully who on more than one time said he thought the PITCH club house was excellant also limerick committee were very impressed with the set up and i quote from a member of the committee:: it is great to go into a dressing room in limerick were you can actually get all of your team and back room staff into the dressing room.

Pity a sense of humour didnt come with your new set up. Anyone who's ever played on the surface in Jackman Park will get the joke.
