there was a thread on for my brother when he passed away i used to be able to get into with below link..

but it doesnt go into it now. is this gone for good now? i tried the search function but it doesnt find it..
any help much appreciated

I'll fix internal links in time, but it's a hefty job. In the meantime, take the thread number, in bold below:

http://foot.ie/forums/showthread.php?t=57248&highlight=farewell

And tack it on to http://foot.ie/threads/, like so:

http://foot.ie/threads/57248

Yes.

A post of mine was nominated for POTM in December with the URL:
http://foot.ie/forums/showpost.php?p=1295704&postcount=1534

Rewriting that as follows seems to work:
http://foot.ie/threads/showthread.php?p=1295704#post1295704
