Are you going to be putting all of these on your own house? Trading isn't allowed in here.

Yep all for my own house. Its a hobby I have had for years and I spend hours just searching the sky for feeds etc without watching anything:D

Is it not easier just to have 1 1.2M dish and stick a motor on it?

I have a 2.3 metre and a 1.2 metre with motors but want to experiment with fixed dishes and different LNBs etc.

A man after my own heart. I spent many a night and many a day messing with my dishes without every bothering watching anything! there is no fun in that! There are some cheap suppliers in Germany who sell decent gear even with the shipping costs it works out well. Will dig out a few links for you.
a 2.3m dish? One hell of an actuator needed to move that beast! What receivers are you using? I always wanted something around the 2.4m mark but sadly lack of funds...
*edit*
http://www.satellites.ie/index.php?act=catalog&cat=6&l=2 not sure of the build quality for that price though but it is cheap for a 1.5m. Problem with the cheaper dishes as you know yourself a good quality 1.2 could sometimes outperform a 1.5
triax 110cm http://www.hm-sat-shop.de/antennen-triax/ that said the build quality in Triax has gone down hill.

use a multitude of boxes from technomates, Dreamboxes, Eagle, Dark Box. getting into pretty much everything open source (Linux) for educational purposes only though.
Actuator is a a big 24 inch 24 volt power tech. Weighs nearly a stone by itself
The big dish is a channel masterhttp://www.sadoun.com/Sat/Products/S/TD-Actuator-Moteck.jpg
