1 - 1. Shane Tracy scored for Limerick in the first half with a nice finish and had a decent game, hitting the post three times from the dead ball. John Tierney could've put the game to bed, had about six shots blocked by the St. Michael's 'keeper whohad an absolute stormer. Yellow played well and I was impressed with Hickey. Couldn't name the scorer for Michael's though :P

Ya we all got a run. :p
St Micks keeper had a fine game but JT really needs a bit of 'fine tuning' over the next few weeks, easy to forget these lads are only back training a couple of weeks and a lot of them have never played with each other ()

Askeaton maybe? problem is, a bus to an away trip to somewhere nice (St Michaels have a mighty fine ground btw) is cheaper than the rent required for Jackman.

Yeah St. Michael's is a fantastic set up for a Junior Side.
A journalist was asking Scully for the names of the players and asked him who the Declan he was talking to was. Pat said, 'Declan Sebastian Lorenzo, he's an Italian centre-half . . . nah only messing! Declan Cahill is his name' :P
Sean Kelly was well off the pace though wasn't he? Technically he played well but was certainly off-pace.

Some hair do though!
Was at fault for the goal, then started pinging balls all over the place to no-one in particular. Once he played a few simple balls he settled in a bit and was ok near the end.

considering saint michaels fielded alot of ( b ) team players , taught limerick would win handy. both saints junior internationals missing at the back + at least 3 other regular starters

Think your missing the point of a pre season friendly to be honest, had JT been sharper then it would have been 4/5-1. Im sure St Pat are not worried about being held 1-1 at home to us 4 days later.
