According to the Sporting Life website, we're off to the 'Dam on 5 June this year. Not yet confirmed on the FAI site though.

it's another quality fixture against a top class team who'll have something to prove against us. We need matches against this quality of opposition to see if our new players are ready to cope against France in the qualifiers. Also a good excuse to go to the 'Dam.

I was in the ArenA to see Stevie Gerard get sent off ( :D ) in the Amsterdam Tournament over the summer and nearly got cooked! The place is like an oven, honestly! Just ware a green thong Id say lads or else you'll be in a position to conferm or deny if we taste like chicken when grilled. The sweat was pouring off everyone there. Cool stadium though and there's a nice green bank to balm out before the match and have a few beers just next to it too.

Could I post some pics of it Adam?

Tickets be hard to come by for this at all? I quite fancy it. Nothing on the FAI site yet.

Tickets should be easy enough. They didn't even sell out when we played them there in the World Cup qualifier...

Will be a very interesting test for our boys. Holland will be in full preperation mode for Euro 2004! Should be a very hard game but a nice trip for the fans.

Yeah, we originally got 5,000 tickets and on the day of they game the KNVB released another 2,000 or something.
Funny thing was, some knobs were looking for £150+ for tickets in the bars beforehand. Next thing they knew, everyone had tickets. Priceless! :D

I'd say if you don't have a ticket, travel anyway.
You'll get a ticket over there.
I've been in the ArenA a few times and it's well worth the trip.

Great, an excuse for the yearly trip to Amsterdam. I checked out flights and its £60 from London. Still no word on the fai website, hopefully there won't be a problem with tickets.

You can buy tickets no problem from record stores in Holland.
Sort of Ticketmaster setup.
Believe me, I've done it.
There's even a record store in Schiphol Plaza that sells them. Tracks Multitronics if memory serves me.
