Am getting to the stage where I find it increasingly hard to remember all the passwords I need to get through the day, made worse by having to change them regularly. In the last month I've to fill out password reset forms three times. Most recently had to get through an entire workday without my google reader habit.

With this in mind could anyone recommend

a) a password manager
b) windows feed reader

KeePass (http://keepass.info/) or LastPass (https://lastpass.com/). I find the latter very intrusive myself, but it's very popular. I use a combo of KeePass and the embedded manager on an IronKey (https://www.ironkey.com/) for critical stuff. I wouldn't bother with a client newsreader, it's a waste of bandwidth when there are great web-based aggregators like Google Reader (http://www.google.com/reader/).

Thanks, will give KeePass a go.

Am well aware of google reader, it's what gets me through work, on the slow days. It was the fact that I didn't realise how much I relied on it to do just that, that prompted me to ask for an alternative.
