Coca Cola Euro 2004 Promotion

You know this camper van trip to Protugal for the Euro 2004 that Coke are giving away along with a couple of thousand little TV's? Well they always have similar things running but I've never in my life ever heard of anyone ever winning.
I know of 3 people who've won the lotto and people who've won other stuff but never anything on these soft drink promotions.
Is it just me or what like?

That Coca Cola thing probbaly run through out Europe so probably mean very few prizes divided amoung 300m people or something?
