No, he's not, he's a college boy and won't move to Dublin. Waterford playing hardball, great chance to trump em and give em another stuffing.

He wont go to Fingal because he only wants a part time contract.Pats offered him a deal too and turned them down so looks like he wont be going to Dublin!!
