Those facebook tracker apps

Everyday it seems some new Top Fans, Stalker, etc. app appears and people forget that the past ones have either contained viruses or are simple marketing tools

I know facebook privacy rules changed in december so does anyone know is it still the case that facebook doesn't allow internet use to be tracked on their site?

Still a few of those apps floating around. That said it's a nice ego boost if a girl you quite fancy is one of your top friends! But that said, if you show on hers, you may just be a stalker.
