My internet is working fine and I can go on every website bar one. It's www.footballidentity.com (http://www.footballidentity.com). Im pretty sure the website is running fine for everone else.

Anyone know what the problem is and how I can fix it?

What operating system are you using? What browser? Have you installed any new software or plugins recently, or changed any settings?

Check your hosts file. If there's an entry for that site, delete it.

IS THERE A BLACK HELICOPTER HOVERING OVER YOUR HOUSE?

Who's your ISP?

On your phone? Surely that's a completely different service provider on top of everything else?

Never heard of them. It sounds very like it's your ISP. Try opening a command prompt on the computer and typing the following into it. Copy and paste the results in here.

ping www.footballidentity.com (http://www.footballidentity.com)

if it's affecting all 3, then it's either a problem with the router, or a problem with the ISP
try connecting your laptop directly to the internet, take the connection from the router, and plug it into the network port on your machine

sounds like a problem with the ISP so, I'd mail them about the issue and see what they say

Yeah, it's not a web issue at all, the entire server is being blocked somewhere between you and your ISP. If you can log into your router, try switching the firewall off on that; failing that you'll need to ask your ISP why they're not routing to it.

If you are using a wireless router that connects to a modem seperately try connecting the lan cable directly from your network port into your modem bypassing the Wirless router and see what happens* Assuming you dont have any firewall settings on your modem itself.

*this is of course if your wirless router isn't an all in one adsl modem and wireless router.
