Not a Cobh fan but i have seen Gareth a few times. Very good player would be well able for prem as a Limerick fan im gutted ye are after getting him.

He impressed me while playing with CCFC in the Premier last season.
Bags of pace and very committed. Should do well at Waterford

Blows hot and cold. When he's tuned in he's a great player. But some games he just doensn't seem interested. All down to the management.


Instead of starting a new thread for it any the Cobh lads know Declan Cahill?

Don't know him personally, but he's a decent and committed player who never got enough of a chance with Ramblers.

ya he can be a the game changing player when hes tuned in, not really surpirsed hendo signed him, i assume its a part-time gig, or are waterford throwing money around again,

Used to drink with his granda in a pub in N.London, a number of years ago. He was immensely proud when he went over to Forest on trial. Sadly I've never seen GC play.

So did I at first, but then changed it as it struck me that the shield of the latter is fashioned from the tempered steel of the former.
