Strips / Crests

I've had loads of requests for kit and club crest updates over the last few months, and most of them have gone ignored because I simply don't have the time to be fiddling around with an editor trying to get them to good enough quality for the site. Well, actually most of them have gone ignored because people didn't read the FAQ, which comes as no surprise to me.

If anyone feels they're good enough with PSP or Photoshop or the Gimp to handle this - updates are relatively rare, one a month on average - feel free to volunteer to take it over. But take note that I don't want a n00b that'll toss crap into the /img directory. I'd prefer no avatars to the tat that I see out there on other soccer sites.

Foot.ie avatars are 75x75.

what size( Kb) do you want it. What format (jpeg etc). No problem giving you what you want. My Cads are straight fom the Manufacturer. 50mb at the moment , so the quality is great.

I guess I wasn't entirely clear on this: I'm not looking for submissions or once-offs, I'm looking for a volunteer to manage this "full time". Like, someone who'll:

- sort what we have now, make sure everything is ok
- check what needs to be updated and find 'em or create 'em
- get them all to nice, clean standard 75x75px PNGs
- handle future requests

The last one is the most important. If someone gets on to me to say $such-and-such a club has a new kit or crest, I need to be able to say "talk to $blah, they'll sort you out".

I realise it's a lot to ask for no return, but I just don't have the time.

Our avatars come from HQFL (http://www.hqfl.dk/) and Colours of Football (http://www.colours-of-football.com/), with permission. Have a chat with them, there shouldn't be a problem.

How come you don't use Foot.ie for your BB? The Monaghan (http://foot.ie/forumdisplay.php?f=19) forum is looking a bit bare. :)
