Football: Number of bets in the same Division

With the cold snap and derby games in Britain I'm looking down through the long list and there are three good home wins for the top three in Scot. Division One.
Dundee : Morton, Queen of the South : Raith and Ross County : Airdrie Utd. Now on their own each home win may be expected but predicting all three home wins on the same weekend that's Pools winning form surely.

Apart from the top Divisions in Leagues/Countries, do punters place multi-bets in the same lower Divisions. (singles, doubles whatever)

I back on English lower Leagues, singles, trebles, doubles etc. I tend to stay away from Scotland - though I do pay some attention to that guy Carruthers in the Racing Post
