It'd feel like driving a dog these days. You want an Exige (http://images.google.ie/images?q=Exige) with the same options.

Modern 7 series beamers are fat slobs, can't understand the attraction. The E38 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BMW_7_Series) 735i or 740i are modern classics, or the LWB 5l V12 750iL if you're a complete masochist. Like all luxobarges they depreciate at ~€10k/year, so you'll pick up a 10 year old one for about €10k. The tax is over €1500 but they're incredibly comfortable and reliable and they'll go forever: buy at 100k miles and they'll still be in great nick when you double it. If I had to buy a modern barge, it'd be a Lexus LS 600h L, or possibly a LWB Audi A8 W12. I'd even take an S class over a modern 7 series, and they're just boring!
I don't understand the DB9 either. It's a beautiful car, but every single car Aston has built since is damn near identical; they're about as innovative as Porsche in design. What's the point, when there's the R8?

Well maybe, but they'd at least want to throw in a 1970s model Barbara Bach, with added feeble Russian accent as a standard though.
