No, billy was the original assistant (albeit on a temp. basis) until foster arrived half way through the season.
Galway Bay FM reported that there are so far 20 applicants for the position, with 7 of those being from former Premier league managers.
Maybe Doolin is struggling to get a job!

Hes going for the Galway job on reduced terms, reduced budget, smaller club than his few jobs etc etc

No no no, it was their training ground they lost..
the 'foster lost dressing room' was a different article to the one posted above and appeared in yesterday's connacht sentinel. some unnamed players stating they weren't too fussed about him leaving. from what i hear there is a bit of truth to it. just make sure that the half time tea comes in polystyrene cups and ye'll be grand ;)

It sounds more like sour grapes tbh! Whos not to say its leeson up to more tricks!

Yeah I saw a few of the post on your forum...hmmm we'll just have to wait and see if any of your lot join us so!That will be the big indicator!
well there was only 2 or 3 interviewed ! not the entire squad !

Gareth Cronin perchance heading Galways way? He has apparently just left Longford Town.
he left because of the lack of movement from the club ! Well GUFC doesnt wake up until mid way through january so he wont want to be coming west !
Anyway, word on the street is that someone local will be perferred with a good local knowledge of the players available from the local leagues.
