A website has published what it says are 573,000 intercepted pager messages sent during the 9/11 attacks in the United States.
Wikileaks says it will not reveal who gave it the messages - some of which are from federal agencies as well as ordinary citizens.
Internet analysts say they believe the messages are genuine but federal authorities have refused to comment.

Newly released text messages reportedly from the morning of September 11, 2001, show panicked family members trying to contact loved ones and officials frantically trying to grasp what was happening.

well? how about the new release? some stuff we've all suspected and some to raise the hairs on your neck i'd imagine? i have the suspicion china knew it would be shown in a bad light regarding hacking google and thus let n. korea off the leash last week. fascinating, if grim times. i don't know what to believe. i've read that assange is actually a CIA operative (perhaps unknowingly?) or even that wikileaks is a mossad/aipac creation. some enthralling reading regardless.
