I'm sure this is the last thing people want me to be wrecking their heads about tonite.
This is our last official function this year and I know everybody is disappointed but The Club really did your support.
It is a fundraiser for the club and all proceeds are going to the club.
We need to get as much money in as possible so we can start next year on a sound footing.
If anybody is looking for tickets, you can call the office on 071-9171212 or give me a shout.
It will be a good night and we might even show the Cup Final-only the good parts though!!

Depends what time you go at DR. There are traffic lights the Dublin side becasue of a flood on one side of the road, also slow enough going through the town itself. Give yourself and extra twenty minutes or so to get through it.

Went through Carrick today, over the bridge the roads to sligo are grand, outside the landmark they have the road sandbaged with a one way system in place. As R1 said, add 20 minutes, half an hour to your journey and you should be grand.

its a night like this (when everybody is feeling sorry for themselves) that the support is most needed. this is a fundraiser and if we had won the cup tickets would be like gold dust. unfortunately we did;nt but everybody on the forum should muster up the will to go & ask as many of their friends as possible. the price of the tickets are the same now as if we won the cup
its just that the feeling is a little bit different but most importantly it is a fundraiser to aid the club going forward. everthing else is history. se yee all there

Just a quick Thank You to everybody who supported the Dinner Dance, especially those who bought items at the auction and donated to the raffle.
The Dinner Dance raised just over 7,000 euro for the club.
