wouldnt it be a good idea to target transition year students?
or is there an age requirement?

transition year students are sometimes targeted.

that takes time and costs a bit too.

16 is the current minimum age.

Thats young enough for most of the country.

Maybe it could be younger for the urban areas where its easier to get from A to B and theres a higher concentration of clubs.

The minimum age for referees in the UK and the US is 12.

You send some of the current people who stand in the middle of the pitch inpersonating a referee, they have the proper shirt, shorts and whistle and all you have to do now is teach them the rules, espessially show them how to give a penalty in United Park because some of them seem to have a natural reaction to pass no remarks when our players are blantantly fouled.
