Does anyone know if there is an off licence in St. Pancreas station to get cans for the journey tomorrow?
The last time we were on it, for the Brussells play off match the bar on the train sold out half way over.

Tesco metro at Kings Cross roundabout. Go out St. Pancras, turn left (east bound) on the main road (called the Euston Road, but dont head to Euston station), keep going pas Kings Cross station, the second left after Kings Cross is Caledonian Road, the Tesco should be on the juction of Euston Road and Caledonian Road, it's not more than a 5 min walk.

OK edmundo, thanks. I would rather find someplace handier though if it's there. Might be caught for time too depending on Heathrow arrival.

You'll get massively ripped off buying drink in British train stations though.

There is an M&S there alright just trying to think if M&S sell beer? I know they do wine so if you are stuck you at least have that to fall back on. I recommend a nice Rioja to get you in mood (can't be drinking French win now can you)!
I'm 95 per cent certain there is no off licence in the actual station so Edmundo's suggestion is worth taking up.

it will literally take 5 mins most of which will be spent waiting for pedestrian traffic lights to go green... the other option would be to buy duty free at the airport before you board the plane, but it will probably be spirits then... could be messy...

The tesco is really close especially since you'll be coming into the Kings Cross/ St pancreas Tube station alsoa couple of news agents across the road from Kings Cross that sell booze, that are even closer

There's an M.& S. which does usually sell beer, but if none's there's always the plonk or the hard stuff.....The Tescos normally do from 9am ,but can't speak for that one, which is more like a 10minute walk from The Eurostar terminal, if you don't know where you're going.....

Nice to meet you all, not sure who was who . Anyway after i got off the train I did not actaully leave the station until about 4pm ...had a scatter of pints in the station bar and had to have a long cold shower before i wnet to pick up my daughter from the nursury.
have been inundated with joke emails etc re Henry ....although I am still p1ssed off ...think its time to let it go.
Anyway , if any of you guys want to go to see Spurs or are going to WHL , let me know . If I am a good boy and change enough nappies for the next arrival in jan I might even get to see some games towrads the end of the season .
Last game for me before The Arrival is Home to City on the 16th of DEC
I also look forwrad to our next campaign and meeting up again
All the best!

We got interviewed after we came off the train but we never bothered asking what TV crew it was to see if we were on it or not. IM pretty sure we would have been though. With my good looks and stutts articulation we would have to be :D
