ye play like them.. eveytime a '****y' player got touched they hit the floor!!!

that was the worst peantly decision i've ever seen. the mallow ******* went flying cluching onto his knee even though there was not even contact with him!!

typical cork refs..

and the only reason cork got back into the game is because of the players hilly brought on in the second half.

cork were crap and out classed by ramblers for a lot of the game.
they were very lucky to get a draw off ramblers.

wolfe got a class goal from 40 yards and yelve hit a lovely struck shot!

ramblers for promotion..

This is the same steven17 who was a cork fan untill his brother was thrown out to queenstown. Now all of a sudden he is a ramblers fan through and through.

Steven get a grip will you .

Cork will finish in the top 3 again this year and cobh in the bottom half of the first division.

Oh and one more thing. if you could learn to spell that would be great

That's just life...

I wish that all Cobh fans would be banned from here(except Liam88 as he actually talks sense), because you draw one poxy game against City who clearly dominated ye, and ye're acting like you've won the f'in league.

Says quite a bit about Ramblers really...

ya no what the funny thing bout this is........ fat dolan put out his full strenght side and they were losing 2-0 at half time!

they were playing 3 up front for almost the whole game. and it took a dive from langher o'flynn to get ye the draw!

ramblers had the ball in the net 3 times!
reilly wasn't off for his goal!

and ramblers had (1) 17 year old playing,(3) 18 year olds and a hastings just back and barry hastings(collage corr..)playing and they were all over city!

john andrews played a stormer!

True enough Cob H has a bright enough future if they current squad stays together (which it wont!), but my god, had it not been for the cobh keeper, it would have been 7-8 for City. Had it not been for micks howler, cobh would have had one goal.

Ohhhhh, how exciting.

its the same steven17 who displays a majestic ignorance about football any time he rears his head on this site and is more interested in slagging Dolan than supporting a team because his brother is a city reject

"e" is just to the right of "w" on todays standard qwerty keyboards so i presume (unless he's typing on some kind of modified keyboard, or using ASCII code,) that he hit the wrong key with his stubby little fingers.

also, an "e-hat" is an electronic drum beat on some music producing software, but i doubt the relevance of that.

roll on the first league game...

City=Porto.

Is this same Porto side that dominated Manchester united beat them 2-1 and have a good chance of knocking them out of the champions league?

Hmmm seems fair to compare the two sides.:p

1.sorry mate but all i did was give my take on the game and made a point about city`s team.never mentioned jon once.

2.as for the game being a pre-season friendly and a benifit game both teams played like it was a league game or a cup final, players involved in a cork vs cobh game will always give 100%.

3.as for jon,
ive never claimed to be a city or a ramblers fan.its purely a family thing.....
also as jon did enjoy his time at city even though he wasn`t involved as much as he wanted to be,i would like to apologise to ANYONE(there was a few) on the board that ive p issed off over the last 2 years.
4.this foot.ie thing started to see what city fans thought of jon as a player, and as when i didnt like what i heard i got a bit ****ty and started hammering city players.

so thats it.thank you.

yeah
well in the past you have criticised city legends like Declan Daly, Gareth Cronin and steven Napier simply because they played in Jons position and were ahead of him at the club at the time. Your sheer biased opinion was unbelievably annoying when you consider what all three gave to the club compared to your brother.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion as long as its rational and honest.

With you though it was just plain selfish.

To be fair, I dont think that the case was thet Andrews wasnt up to it, merely another wasted talent under Gunthers regime, and in all probability, had his mind made up that he was leaving before Dolan came in.

I reckon he could possibly do a job in the Premier. He is a tough tackilng mofacka, and dare i say it, a handier player than Derek Coughlan, or at least as good a squad player as.

He will probably end up back with City after a season or two in the stiffs (Cobh) first team.

aggreed but i wasn`t the only one giving deccie stick there was about a million on this board that started that one off......

gareth.....is a differant story just thought he was very false and played up to city fans a bit too much and as i say i`ve never been the biggest city fan so i can only remember the games that gareth played at the start of the 2001/2002 season and really i thought naper carried him..

which leads me to naper always thought he was a fine centre half and before dan murray came in, that was my shout for the starting centre halfs ...jon and steven.

so yes i have said certain things about certain players now that its out in the open i just wanna apologise for SOME of the thing i`ve posted.
