There has been as usual a very poor response from local businesses to our cup final appearance. Please name and shame here on this thread those local concerns who have not condescended to acknowledge it. I will start the ball rolling upper O Connell Street.

1. Easons
2. Wherlys Jewellers.
3. Hargadons Pub.

Not a good idea....posting stuff like that is hardly going to increase good will between the club and those businesses. They might or they might not support the club in the future but they certainly won't if people start naming them on the internet. Might be a better idea to name and give credit to the shops that are supporting us.

Yeah, I guess you are right Rovers Forever I was annoyed after coming home from town perhaps a mod might rename the thread name and acclaim. off the top of my head I seen.

1. Collerys
2. john Kent.

In fairness most shops have nothing up so no point naming them all. Just acknowledge the ones that have done something.

Keaneys, O'Heirs bakeries have stuff up. McHugh's have a cut-out of Raf in the window.

What about red and white flags sticking out of all the top windows on O' Connell St ? Or even 1 side red and the other white. Would imagine O Connell Street would have ahd some sort of banner put up by now.

There'll be a Rovers jersey hanging on the window in a house in Rialto.
I have 2 big red and white flags (tifo size)...might be a bit too big for the window though.

Those flags in the window might help to keep the heat in

Considering half the squad have been living in the village during the course of the season we felt we should make an effort. Six of the players came down to the village on Saturday for a photo with a few of us from the club.
Stand-up lads all of them!

Go on The Bit o' Red:D:

Plenty of places in Castle street with window displays today. Record room, John Kents, O' Hehirs, Collerys, Aware menswear- think thats the name.

Would that have anything to do with Ciaran Kelly or Michael Michael Schlingermann I wonder?

Couldn't tell ya, seen two at houses and one at a warehouse between headford and clairemorris. Was good to see the support is outside Sligo though.
Still not been around town properly but there wasn't to much on the way in or around the quayside part of town, wish bunting ahd been put up.

That's not roadworks - it's flooding. 45 minutes to get through Carrick this evening but that's Friday and it shouldn't be too bad on Sunday.
