I somehow doubt it, and tbh wouldn't want him. He's a has been.

I think he can still do a job. He holds the ball up well, his general play is superb, he just doesn't get as many goals as he used to, though who knows when he could find that touch again. He's only 31 so really should have a few years left in him.

As long as it wouldn't be a case of Raf going the other way!!:(

Meh. He'd be on big wages and I'm sure those same wages would bring back someone who isn't a has been. ie, Faz.

Not a hope in hell of him signing for us we don't even have a Burger King let alone a Beshoffs in Sligo.

Well if hes going to be a sub he can just go to Franks before half time. It'll grow on him, as will his belly soon after. But if this deal goes through,If the past 2 seasons have tought us something, its that Paul and Gerry get the best out of every player, so lets just wait and see what happens.

Would be a great signing if the price was decent.

But reselling him to the butchers would be the best bit of business.

Do we not already have a large slow striker on the bench for us??:)

He has been virtually non-existant in his time at Sligo.

I don't think he would be much of a signing. Over the hill in my opinion.

Agree , they got a goal out of Parkhouse and convinced Holmes and Doherty that the post office and college aren't bad career options.

Parkhouse struggled with injury, when he was starting to get into the groove of things he got the injury that kept him out for so long before leaving.

Doherty wasn't too bad in his first season.

Holmes................ anyone want to finish that ?

Can't see it happening. Personally, I thought Crowe was the best striker in the league for a good few seasons up until last year. He is past it now I think.
He was a sorry enough sight any time I saw him play this season.

True story.....After Holmes scored a goal for Rovers, I decided to text a mate the good news. My predictive text didn't recognise the spelling Holmes, instead it gave me an alternative word..........HOOFS :)

I heard we are also signing foyzer with Crowe.
Both players will be used to utilise their width advantage.
BTW how many 4lights tokens a week is Crowe looking for off us?
