Women's teams around Clontarf & contact info?

I wonder if anyone could help me by posting contact info for any women's teams they know in and around the Clontarf area. I have a friend in work who would like to join a team. There used to be a spreadsheet of contact info on the DWSL website, but the website has almost no information on it now... :(
