2009-05-03 Derry City - Galway Utd
2009-05-03 Dundalk - Tullamore
2009-05-10 Galway United v Dundalk
2009-05-17 Shamrock Rovers v Cork City

Now that the season is hotting up in both divisions, does anybody have a list of the remaining fixtures? Would be interesting to see what's left and who can have a say in how things end up.

The A-League is not beneficial for part-time clubs with small squads

The A-League is not beneficial for part-time clubs with small squadsYa I agree, PL clubs shouldn't be forced to enter the A Championship, but would there be enough teams for the A Championship if it wasn't compulsory?

Teams like Rovers, Bohs, Cork, Derry up until now, Fingal, Dundalk, Sligo and Pats would be able. Encourage more non-league clubs to go with the others there now, and I'd say thats enough

With kildare dropping out and salthill taken there place, derry in the position they are and possibly not been signed for next season, how will this effect the A-Championship next season or will it. Could they just end up joining the 2 championship groups?

It should only come down to a licensing issue. If Derry are allowed back into the league, but can't get a First Division license and gets an A license instead, they can play in the A Championship.

The actual make-up of the groups probably won't be decided until after the closing date for A license applications - which is usually a month or so after the Premier/First Division licenses. I'm sure the groups will be restructured to accommodate all the teams with an A license.

it'll be interesting to see what happens so over the next few weeks with regards to all the divisions if the closing date was on the 30th of Oct.

Is there any new clubs starting in the A-championship next season?
