Does anyone have any idea when we'll find out? And when the FAI will announce any sanctions? It's looking very likely that this is the only chance Bray have of playing Premier Division football next season.

I don't think we'll ever find out to be honest :(

When the FAI retrospectively adjust the SCP to 95% (claiming the 65% was a typo in the first place)

The 6 and 9 got mixed up on their keyboard. It's fixed now, don't worry about it.

If we don't actually pay our players, does that mean we haven't really breached the salary cap?

correct but you would then have breached your licensing by have outstanding payables to players , i think

That'd still bugger over half the league.

bearing in mind that application of the rules would (possibly) relegate 3/4 teams I suspect the slate may be wiped clean via some League "restructuring" thus negating the need for the FAI to apply thier own rules.

Alternatively, the 1st Division may be THE place to be next year given potential members !:)

Perhaps the plan is to increase the current limit by 15% each year for the next 3 years - reaching a ideal optimum level in of 110% by 2012.

Or thay could try something that worked really well before - take each clubs record over the last 3-4 years into account with a low weighting on this season performance!

I know FIFA and UEFA screwed countries like Ireland by only bringing in that seeding system for the play-off draw with a couple of weeks to go but the FAI are no angels either.I know its different situations and circumstances entirely but the principle of disreguarding rules and procedures and changing rules etc is the same.So its a bit much of the FAI to complain about FIFA and UEFA doing what they did when the likes of Cork and Derry might still be playing Premier Division football next season.
