Has anyone that sent there stubs for the montenegro game to the fai herd anything about there tickets to the france game yet ? i sent mine the day after the montenegro game and still havent herd anything

Blockbookers who purchased tickets for Italy & Montenegro will receive their ticket invoice in the coming days.

People who took part in the Montenegro ticket stub promotion have now been sent invoice details for their play-off tickets and will receive these by post in the coming days. These tickets must be paid for by November 2.

It is looking increasingly unlikely that tickets for the home leg of the FIFA World Cup play-off will go on public sale given the high levels of demand from existing ticket scheme members. The next update on the possibility of tickets going on public sale will be posted on www.fai.ie on November 5.


I havn't got any invoice for my stubs anyway.

got my invoices this morning, one for a 50euro ticket (no idea where) and one for a 70euro ticket , I sent in two 50 euro tickets.

Sent in two €70 stubs and I got downgraded to €50 seats!:mad:

Got two seperate sheets so the chances of getting two seats together is next to impossible. I'll have to e-mail the FAI about that one.

Well if your 50euro tickets turn out to be for the singing section (or anywhere davin lower I can move ;) ) I will swap you one of my 70euro tickets.

:D Just got letter from F.A.I , ticket stubs from Montenegro obviously worked , got granted 3

I didn't get mine but my brother got his. I musn't have gotten the stub in in time :(

Im sure you will get it on monday , my friend also lives in same estate as me and didnt get hers and we sent the stubs in on same day :)

I love the way they were posted out to us on the Friday and told you can pay two ways either on the net or by posting it back.......problem being you have to pay by Monday!:confused::D

Mistake... I did get mine!! But I only got offered one €50 ticket :mad::mad:
I sent two stubs, the other was my brothers!!!

I'd get on to them first thing Monday JG. They guaranteed one France ticket per stub so they'll have to sort you out and the sooner you make it known to them the better.

I think you will find they guaranteed priority only over a general sale, (which there will not be) remember these tickets were mainly out of the away allocation, which the franch will take more tickets than montenegro did.

Replied within the hour :eek:
They gave me another ticket... Dont know if its with the other one, its a seperate allocation so im guessing it wont be but at least we both have a ticket now :)
