France matches on telly? [Archive]

Maybe some French-based people can tell me about this.

I was considering going to Paris to watch this match, but today I was told that I will be offshore on a boat between the 9th and the 21st of November. Fierce disappointed, but that's what I get for ditching my office career.

Anyway, this boat has a satellite dish that can pick up all the Free to Air channels on Astra 19 degrees. Does anybody know if French (or other) TV will be showing the matches??

Both games with be shown on French channel TF1. It's available through TNTSAT or Canalsat (Astra) or BIS TV (Hot-Bird or AB 3). Come on Ireland!

Since the French FA are contracted with TF1 and that channel always gets priority for away games, both games will definitely be on that last channel.

Just been reported that TF1 won't be showing the match. Instead it'll be M6 (who paid a reported €5M for the game).

Any info on who may, or might have the games on the internet through streaming.

It's hard enough here in Canada to get any Soccer. Obviously I can't get French TV here.

www.atdhe.net (http://www.atdhe.net) shows all major games id say they will definatly have a link to both our matches v france but they only have listings for the current days broadcasts and do not have a guide to any future broadcasts, but you will get to see it there
