It's pricing information for advertisers, as well as some site statistics. PPC is price per click. CPM I'm not familiar with - possibly cost per month.

CPM = Cost Per Thousand. Quite why they decided to use Roman numerals has always been beyond me, but you know media types. Min = Minimum Spend.
