No surprises there if you ever talked to him or his father. Jasons commitment to his home town club is unreal. We would all Love to see him going to a big club in England (on the back of a nice fee for all involved in a few years) ;)

Anyone with 'big news' with a handful of posts or whose post history is in the junior section are automatically seen as wums anyway.

You have some serious issues! On the one hand you give out about people not going through the gate at Jackman Park to support Limerick and on the other you and a few of your "buddies" alienate yerselves from the people that might actually decide to do just the same. Keep it up and you and your 7-8 "buddies" will be the only ones in 10 years time following senior football in the city, if indeed it still exists.

The guy Monkfish is targetting in his comment has done nothing but come on here and put the club down time after time and has also been on the junior section causing nothing but trouble supposedly pretending to be someone he isn't. I don't see why that would alienate anyone else. There are loads of other people who post here that go un noticed leaving decent productive comments but when guys come on just to cause trouble and its pointed out then the guys that point it out on here are being told they aren't letting anyone else have an opinion or are alienating them. There is a difference between having an opinion and spreading lies. Sadly alot of guys that come on here every once in a blue moon are here just to try rise people that post here and to spread rumours.

Why not just ignore the sh!tstirrers so. By answering them back it gives them a thrill and they achieve exactly what they want. MF has an issue with junior football folk in general, that's obvious. Bit ironic when you consider that Limerick play in the LDMC headquarters and draw a lot of their players from the local league.

Ya i do agree they are best ignored but there is only so much you can ignore because alot of people might take some of the rumours that are being spread as true. A rumour can spread pretty fast and the last thing Limerick FC need is false rumours and supposed facts being spread around. Its hard enough to convince people its worth supporting Limerick, the rumours just don't help. Some people can get a bit defensive alright but they love supporting this club so defend it as much as they can. Just like if someone went on spreading rumours about pike or the view or whoever, the people who go to their games or are involved in those clubs would obviously jump to the clubs defense too. The whole junior senior thing is stupid alright as i play junior and support senior and pretty much everyone i know that goes to the Limerick matches are involved with junior soccer.

You seem to fall into the category that MF is given out about. We're all bored with the LDMC/Junior clubs being so steadfast behind Limerick FC.
It is what it is and its well run its course on this forum.

From where i'm standing anyone that isn't involved in yer pre-approved click falls into the category that MF is giving out about!! That excludes everyone in Limerick with the exception of about 8-10 people.

8-10 is a bit on the low side,i'd add a few dozen to those that are passionate about their club and as long as its not a criminal offence to be so, we should have the right to defend it as we see fit.

MF has an issue with junior football folk in general, .

So why am I often at junior games?

My problem is with the small minority of losers who have nothing better to do than tell lies and spread rumours about the club. The crowd that come on here and do it show no intelligence or humour in what they do so deserve to be put down.
How that puts anyone off going to games is anyones guess.

Sounds like another crap excuse to be honest. You wanna prostitute yourself to a foreign club over your local team thats fine, just dont insult people with **** excuses.

You're the one that stated on another thread that if you played in the legends game that you would score an o.g. against the Liverpool side and then take the shirt off and reveal a Man U derogatory slogan against Liverpool. Who's prostituting himself now!!:D:D

Have to if I want to secure funding from the Limerick branch of the Man Utd SC. :ball:

How is that prostituting himself he said put foreign teams over your local team and i know that his local team would always come 1st for him so no harm if he supports man u behind Limerick.

thanks for all yer kind comments, but i do hope that ye all realise that a contract in the 1st division eircom league is about as good as signing a junior form with yer local l d m c or yer(landlords).
2 words for ye about jason that will come to light in the next few months(b4 jan).

Weren't your previous two words Shamrock Rovers? How much credibility do you think you have left? And I've never had a pop at you before to the best of my recollection but in all fairness the guy is under contract now and will be going nowhere without the agreement of the club. Not everybody labours under a pretence of amateur contracts.

let me say this ,SWINDON TOWN,can only mean you and the hughes bandwagon such as it is have aligned yourselves with the .......legend..hmn....that is conny and as such are only on one path ...downhill.how long is HIS training session with them,2days,3days at the moment there are dozens promised sessions at SWINDON from this neck of the woods by the great one.

ye're all so touchy on this hughes subject, for example ive never said jason was going to sign for rovers, i meerly said that the manager was there to watch him play, do managers from clubs all over the globe not go to games to watch players they might be interested in, or is that against regulations (NOT). as for contracts, players can actually be BOUGHT out of contracts in the off season and, wait for it " THE TRANSFER WINDOW".

Sooooooooo ye'll all be really shocked come november when paddy purcell is released by the club along with a couple more of yer favourites, some of ye might even shed a tear in between banging yer drum at the back of the falling down stand (shed).:eek::D
