I haven't but medaza's been there and I've been in the room: bog standard budget room, housekeeping not the best. Fine if you're on a budget, just don't expect luxuries. Pana and de shops are only a minute or two away, and there's a Tesco and a Dunnes in the city centre if you feel the need.

I'd recommend Garnish House B&B's out Western ROad.
Same distance in terms of City Center, free parking and for the same price and better experience.
You'd get the Victoria Hotel, it's a bit of a hole, cheap and cheerful but it's directly on Patrick Street for cheaper than Jury's inn and while it's rough and ready, it's not much worse than Jury's Inn if it'd do you.

Yeah the Victoria was fine when I stayed there a few years ago for a City-Town game. Cheap and very handy.

I wouldn't tag Western Road the same distance to the city centre as Jury's Inn! :)

There's nothing on that side of the City bar the bus station and Mercants Quay :)

I know, but surely be to god it's quicker to Pana from Jurys Inn than the Western Road!

Stayed there for a night about a year and a half ago. Did the job.
