Can't see Bohs fielding their strongest team and Waterford can be hard enough to break down, I'm going to have a flutter on the Blues. Home final too.
Of course, since I'll bet on it, Bohs will probably win 5-0

I'm going to go out on a limb and say Waterford. Bohs haven't been in great form lately and Waterford have home advantage. I have no doubts Bohs will a strong team but I have a feeling the Blues may edge it.
Waterford to go two up and lift the cup, despite Bohs getting one back late on to make it nervy.

Voted Bohs. I kind of hope its Waterford but if they get hammered and it hurts their confidence than I wont complain.

Result depends a lot on the team we put out on the day. I expect us to have a good side out that are capable of winning the cup but who knows ? Expect Waterford to have a real go (given their good form in the cups) and with a home crowd if they score first it could be difficult for bohs to chase the game.
I expect a tight game with little between them at the end (so put your money on 5-0 for either !).

we will win it.
i know the lads will be well up for it.
all the pressure is on bohs at the moment with rovers on their tails and the long haul trip to derry next tuesday is to close for comfort.
and between these two men nothing much will get past them

Bohs 2 nil up, commentary is asking the questions as to why the FAI appointed an all Dublin Referee and officials for this game. Looks as if the ref has lost control of the game.
I dont know why they could not have appointed Alan Kelly who is from Cork for this game??:confused:

Tomney...i think. It's a Dub ref anyway. Would'nt be surprised if the FAI had forgotten to appoint someone to this, and the only ref available was Tomney.

Ref was poor, but i'll hold judgement on a few decisions til i see the replys, the peno and the elbow incident, but every decision seemed to go bohs way. Also appointing a dublin ref was stupid!
Really showed the difference in full time and part time teams, bohs much better on the ball, creating the space, and movement without the ball was outstanding.
Was happy that we fought back in the second half and didnt get hammered, and played very well. showed we are able to play some decent football. Dont know why ndo got motm, keegan was much better too.
Anyway, well done bohs.

For a good period towards the end the difference was hard to spot

Very true, we looked decent toward the end.
I've seen the peno incident, it was very harsh but probably a penalty.
The handball for the free kick for brennans goal was pretty harsh too, no way it was intentional.
As for the elbow, Powell should have been sent off, no question about it, discraceful.
The ref was bad for both teams though, bottled the elbow incident, even gave bohs the free for it :confused: Dont see why he was appointed when he wouldnt even be considered as one of the top refs!
Also shows what a rat liar Fenlon is...some under20 side then!
EDIT: Fair play to the bohs fans too, made a good atmosphere there this evening!
