There has been two managerial changes up here already, Jimmy Brown has left Distillery, while Gerry Flynn has parted company with Newry

Aye was indeed especially considering that for the whole of the second half we had a defender in nets after our keeper picked up a shoulder injury! mind you he didn't have much to do Linfield weren't at the races in the second half! It was the first win in front of the Sky cameras and the new floodlights :D

Very disappointing for Glentoran to lose having been 2000-1 up at half-time.

It ended 1-1 by the way, very good result for Stute. The big two struggling a bit this year to date.

Looks good for Crusaders this year, Glentoran have been shocking and Linfield haven't been too far behind.

I think Crusaders will win it if it isn't the Glens or Linfield.

I'm suitably pleased about how we (Linfield) are currently playing. Although once we get a 2 goal lead we kind of switch off.

It was my buddy, Paul Lowry, who scored the equaliser for Stute the other night. He's a cousin of Philip Lowry. He isn't a bad player and has bags and bags of pace, which I'm sure you noticed...

Anyone know what happened Glentoran? A 6-0 home defeat to Coleraine? I suppose they're looking for McDonald's head now?

Talking to a Glens fan, he reckons he's gone.

Derry lad Paul Lowry scored two for Institute against Crusaders tonight to help them to a 2-1 win. That's 3 goals he's scored in like 6 games now, including the one against Linfield. I'm surprised Derry never signed him - he was with Letterkenny Rovers for a few seasons as well, before signing with Stute.

Linfield has messed up big time in the last two weeks. They were four points ahead with a game in hand but now they're only three ahead and no game in hand.

He does seem to have had some form of breakdown, was teevee pix of him up in the stand today again. Must be a personal thing cos i doubt if listening to them gurny b*stards week in week out could do that to him :(
