Did I see it correct for the O'Brien Yellow Card - he got a yellow for winning the ball cleanly from the back only for the Rovers player to fall over?

Pat's well worth the draw, great performance with ten men. Was a peno, though.

Shams are really a one-man team.

Good result for Harps with a very young and depleted side.

My brother lives in Ruthin (near Bala) and through him I became friends with a massive Bala fan.

Plus they totally rule all.

Coincidentally - Bala are also my Welsh team.

Went on holiday to that part of Wales a few years ago, and stayed a couple of days in Bala itself.

Made it to a couple of games there last season, but haven't managed it yet.

And Baker had once again dived earlier to get another Pats player booked. Cheats cheats cheats

That's nothing, Baker was shot, stabbed, strangled and kicked in the bottom by Shane Guthrie last week, the result being the United player was sent off . . . . . . . . I REALLY hope Bohs win the league

Wow, more sour grapes here than in my local spar.

Great to see a close title race - very good for the profile of the league.

Very happy with our performance tonight. We deserved our 3-0 win. Doubt we will get an easier game then that on the run in though.
First off, what happened with the penalty? Seemed like a mad decision from where I was. It looked very soft. From then on though there was only going to be one winner. Monaghan just couldnt get going.
The second goal was just poor defending and Doyle getting himself into the right position. Simple tap in.
Third goal was from a corner. Nobody picked up Brennan and he got his header in. Soft goal from a Monaghan perspective though as the corner came from an overhit backpass. This happened 3 or 4 times in the match.
In he second half we just kept it simple. Didnt do anything stupid or needless and just saw the game out. Bisto was so unlucky not to score. He needs a goal badly to get his confidence up.
Overall very happy with the win and very happy with performance.

The penalty was just 1 of those fouls that referees never give penalties for, even though they should. He was being pushed and grabbed at in the box, and if Griffiths (it was Griffiths wasn't it?) had gone down, you'd have everyone screaming for a penalty, took alot of guts for the referee to give the penalty without Griffiths going down or mass screaming for it, but he was being pulled out of.

Excellent performance from Harps last night, we were missing 8 players and playing against a much more experienced Longford side. Even Ian Rossiter had a good game
Great game of football, albeit after a shaky start, with both sides keeping the ball on the deck.
Honestly 1 nil really flattered Longford, it could easily have been 3 or 4. McLaughlin coming close on 2 occasions, one of which where he blocked down the 'keepers clearance and the ball went inches wide of the post. Brolly's pace caused huge problems.
We witnessed one of the worst offside decisions in living memory in the dying minutes of the game. Marc Brolly was in his own half when the ball was played, his pace left him a few yards ahead of any defender ands one on one with the 'keeper, how Terence Moyne gave that for offside I will never know.

Awful game in Morton last night. Really can't understand Fungus at all. Players like Zayed, O'Neill, McFaul, Quigley, Doyle, Kirby, Conan and the likes should be walking this division. They had one five minute spell when they scored (I've said it before and will do it again - if we had a keeper, we'd be walking this division ourselves) and then had two shots off the line, but other than that, they were brain dead tactically. With 15 to go and us largely on top in the second half, they were resorting to ten men behind the ball, taking two minutes over goal kicks and humping aimless clearances up field to no-one. Makes defeat even more annoying to lose in that way. We really missed Mulhall too; bad timing for a suspension. Still, a good result in Wexford last night, so we're still in the promotion hunt, and I'd have bitten your hand off if I'd been offered third at the start of the season.

A mixed week for us Tribesmen. A great result in Derry was followed by a game which we should've won, but lost 4-2 :(
