Devine
Darren Murphy Dan K Murray
Benno
Doyle Colin T Sweeney Kearney
Fenn McCarthy

7-0 as posted earlier.
Weakened opposition, Doyle was extremely sharp. Sweeney looked handy. The Rennie comparison is probably accurate, but need to see him against better opposition.
Strange formation.

vTralee
Nults
Hoggie Guthrie AN Other (Willie something) Roddis
Mucka Greg Warren (!!) Parrington
George Stevo O'F

Fenn and Sweeney switched to Tralee game for second half.

No sign of : Woods, Coughlan, Carey, Nwanko, Frahr, Lally

Present but injured: Behan, Nolan, Flynny (I'm getting worried about him now).

Mooney was there but not playing. Maybe that coaching story is true.

No sign of the other trialists from UK.

Colin P is GONE.

Not sure if Nwankwo is back in the country yet.
I think Fraher is away with an Irish u17s squad at some tournament.
Lally was playing for the youths today.

That is a big worry bout Johno. He has been injured now since sept, and by the looks, no closer to being fit again. Hopefully its just a case of Dolan treating him with Kid gloves.

Apparently jof is not back to full fitness yet but hopes to be ok for the start of the season.

Yeah, that seems to be the situation alright. It would probably have been stupid to risk him today.
He's got over five weeks before the start of the season so hopefully that will give him enough time to get himself fit.
It would be a massive blow to have to start the season without him.

Yeah, it was a holding role but the game was one way traffic so management can't have learned too much about the formation.

Greg played against Tralee, and ended up at centre back in the second half!

Colin P being gone - based on overheard conversation involving a squad member..well he was shouting it at someone, it's not like I had a directional mic or anything..
