Could have been worse I suppose, would have preferred a home tie obviously.

Out of the Premier Division teams i suppose Longford would have wanted us at home and out of the 1st division teams i suppose we would have wanted Longford or Monaghan at home, we got Longford away so we can't really complain. We could have been a lot worse - Bohs away, Rovers away, Sligo away, St. Pat's away, Waterford away Sporting Fingal away IMO and on paper are all tougher games.

We "should" have enough to see you off but it's the cup and as we all know strange things happen in football so you just never know.

I presume the game will be on the Saturday night ?

I was looking at an old match program and the last time we met ye in the FAI cup was in bray in 1956 when we lost two nil in the first round.. It will be a close game and there is connections between both sides with Daire Doyle,Stevie Gough and Ray Kenny havin spent time at both clubs...
