I still dont understand the lack of promotion for both this and the Fai Junior cup draw. We are constantly been told about the Fai Junior being the biggest cup of its kind in Europe yet nobody knows when the draws are on.

Well if you read the Star newspaper (which has a junior soccer supplement every tuesday) all would have been revealed............

I think hes referring to the date for entries to FAI Junior being extended - which you posted about in the FAI Junior Cup thread. A thread which i try to avoid as its basically nothing but a handbags fight between limerick posters

directions to Colga please!!!

Take the N18 from Oranmore towards Limerick, continue for about 7 km, after the village of Kilcolgan take the second left, follow the road for about 2.5 km and it's sign-posted. Nice little gound.

Alternatively, take the N6 from Oranmore to Craughwell and take the last right before entering the village of Craughwell and continue for about 3 km and follow the signs.

It's close to the national school at Killeeneen.

Tricky little roads either way but if you're from Achill it won't be a problem...;)

A very progressive club with decent enough side depending on how the local GAA club are doing in the Galway championship. Amazing facilities for a rural junior club.

In the Connacht Cup Manor Rangers were at home in the Bee Park Manorhamilton to Roscommon side Lisnamult Celtic. Manor were two goals up after thirty minutes with goals from Alan and Gary Hickey then referee Ralph Zoschke was assaulted by one of the Lisnamult Celtic players and the game had to be abandoned this is now a matter for the Connacht Football Association
