The weekends football got me thinking of some of the best celebrations ive seen in football, not sure if this has been done before on this forum but if it has i apologise, feel free to add your own,

Alex Williams Vs Drogs when him and a few others crawled beside the goals

Darren Mansaram away to sligo when he jumped on the wall

Limerick away this season when Casso got the last minute winner. All the players just came over to the fans to celebrate and the image of Paddy Madden standing up on the wall looking down on us all. Thats the one that sticks out for me this season anyway.

The one where the guy kissed the badge.

Oh, and the Vllaznia player who ran into the barrier after scoring against us in the 2nd leg of the EL qualifier.

Ricky O'Flaherty won lots of medals for Irish dancing when he was a kid.

When he scored a winner for Galway United against Bohs in the 90's, he danced a jig as the PA roared:" Goal for Galway United....Ricky Riverdance O'Flaherty".

Grown men cried with laughter.

What is it with this forum and stupid questions?

Best away support?
Best home support?
Best celebrations?
Best ground?
Best grub at ground?
Grounds you got sick in?

Possible questions for the future,

Supporters with the smelliest feet?
Best and worse dressed fans?
Support with the funniest accents?

Liam Kearney's goal after we scored against Derry which sealed the league for us in 2005. Special because it was the last time I and many others were in the Shed, and to win the league like that was amazing.

What is it with this forum and posters clicking into threads they clearly have no interest in just to whinge about them and try to ruin them for the people who do have an interest in them?

Remember, YOU DON'T HAVE TO READ IT.....

Let me see, three years ago in Oriel, both involved Trevor Vaughan, We where heading for a nil nil at hoem to Limerick and he poped up with a screamer from 25 yards, mass celebrations, Also his pen in the last min at home to Waterford in the promotion/relegation playoff, we where 1 down!

Alas, the mass invasion on the Station Road pitch when Colin Scanlon scored against Shels last season, everyone listening, hoping, praying and it went in, game wasnt even finished at Tolka and everyone ran onto Kildares pitch! Good times

Ah but you have to admire the commitment, sometimes they have to read pages and pages before they realise they have no interest in it

Wasn't that Hunt when he was with Rovers ? I'm almost sure of it and the ref gave him a stern talking too aswell about it.

Glen Crowes constipated duck walk after scoring down in Cork ! Apparently it was supposed to be a crow and a response to Corkies slagging him. Cringeworthy stuff

Noel Hunt off the Ballybough end..I think he did more than once.

I was thinking of that one originally, but the look of anguish of those in pink above beats it all day long.. :)

You'll never beat rovers dress up away to bray at the end of the 2007 season.
Or in 2006 when myself and another poster here, were drinking cans outside bray dart station dressed (like the rest of the group) as Santa. The looks on the faces of the kids walking by as two santas drank cans was priceless.festive hobos:D

the best goal celebration I ever saw was Eric lavines against shels in 2004 season.. After he scored he went to the far corner flag where was no fans and started waving at noone in particular! town fans know which one Im on about!:D

it was a emotional night for town that night... it was a special occasion for me that day as my nephew kyle came into the world that day! the 2nd of august this year I believe that the town played that day too against Sporting Fingal and my wee niece was born that day too! :D
