costs for delopment work on the carlisle grounds currently running
at 2.5 million euro.apparantly the club is to seek a grant of 500,000 euro.so is the other 2 million in place?.

Not to sure about that ? i know we got money in the past which is also paying towards it but i presume that we are still looking to fund the project, these things ALWAYS over run the budget.

I'd say well be fine though
