Great idea! That should boost tonight's attendence massively!
On the other hand, I am surprised tickets for the Italy game are going on general sale... hmm.

It was a marketing ploy only re.last night. There aren't 82k Block Bookers!
And as PS said, the Hill is available,as there will be a minimal away presence. Which normally would be a shame.....

Due to a friend of mine having a family wedding on the day of the Italy game, I have two sets of two tickets available for the Italy & Montenegro games. One set is for the Lower Hogan Stand (priced at €70 per ticket per game) and one set is for the Lower Cusack Stand (priced at €70 per ticket per game). My friend has asked that tickets are sold as a package for the Italy/Montenegro games. I have already requested permission from Pineapple Stu to sell tickets as a package which he has agreed with. Therefore, I will start at the top of the waiting list and work my way down.
I will now pm both micls and tiktok.

No reply from franceso_1. Next on list is phillyk who had already pm'd me in advance as he knew he would be the next to be offered them to say that he didn't need Montenegro ones.
Offer now pm'd to evin_gla.

evin_gla not interested in the package.
As you can see from my posts on this thread, everyone offered the tickets so far doesn't want the Montengro tickets (which is to be expected in many cases). It's a bit of a slow process, so I have sent a pm to the next ten or so on the waiting list to guage whether or not they are interested in the package (everyone from mypost down to harpstillidie has been pm'd). It will save both me (and those on the list) a bit of time. I've sent the pm to those I've named and have given them all the opportunity to respond by Friday night.
If they all respond and say they don't want the tickets, that's fine and it will have saved a bit of time instead of having to wait for each one to reply individually (or not reply within 24 hours) and I can then offer tickets to people listed after harpstillidie. If one of these 12 says they are interested, they can have the tickets. If two or more of these 12 says they are intereted, the tickets will go to whichever of the two (or more) is highest on the waiting list.
Again, I have check with pineapple stu before I done this, and he is happy for me to do what I'm doing.

Five of those on the waiting list said they would take the package. Of these, brendy_éire was the highest on the waiting list and therefore the tickets are his.

Just giving a heads up. Onsale from Ticketmaster on Friday at 9.00am.
Bizarrely, it's listed in the rugby union section? http://www.ticketmaster.ie/browse?category=225&tm_link=tm_sports_b_225&root=10004&dma=
Hopefully everyone gets sorted.

I've 2 spare tickets for each game but will only sell as a package. I know this isn't quiet the correct way to 'advertise' but seems the most practicle...hope that's ok

You're right, it isn't quite the correct way to advertise, so I've changed your post. PM from where harps1954 left off - he's said that there's still four people who've said they'll take tickets for both games. Seriously, it'll take mere minutes.
