Just wondering lads without having to read through old threads what are your chances of getting back into the 1st division next year???is it based on your A-league position or what??ive always had a soft spot for ramblers since the cup epics of '83 and any been time ive been down always made feel very welcome so i genuinely hope to see ye back playing proper football next year!!good luck guys

baring our tax being cleared, and being invited back to make up numbers, theres no chance well be in the first division next year,

in A league you have to finnish in the top 4 of your group in order to enter any sort of play-off, were sadly bottom of our group, (but could move to second bottom if we beat carlow tomorow)

it really is a waste, as we have every thing a premier division teams requires, bar a tax clearance certificate, its the only difference between a prem and an A licence,

and the sad part people dont seem to realsie whats actually been done the last few years, and all it would cost is maybe a few hundred quid each, and some spare time,

We"ve been here before Don,theres no prob with people chipping in to help the club but no-one will do it under the current chairman. So the simple part is to have him removed and let the club move on.

It's changed to top 3 because there is more non-reserve teams in the league this season

And by the sounds of it a competive team (and I know we can't really talk either)

well realisticly the team comes with the cert, as commited as our players are, there still young and in need of some expiericened heads, we dont need a whole squad, just a few players to guide some of the raw talent we have,

easier said than done especially in our curcumstance,
